Sales and Business Development Lead

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented, strong leadership, communication and analytical skills sales and business development lead from Ukraine to work remotely, who will be focused on building a full cycle sales process and cooperate with existing and potential b2b partners in order to promote our media products and services.

What you will do:

  • Develop strategic sales plans and conduct full cycle sales process of native advertisements and services dev.media’s creative agency
  • Develop, research, and maintain new business relationships and partnerships with IT and other companies interested in media products and services with primary focus on Ukraine, Georgia, Poland and others.
  • Speak at special exhibitions, conferences and forums in order to present and negotiate with key and potential partners
  • Coordinate our sales and production teams, ensure the team's sales quotas are met, and support the management
  • Assisting sales managers with the selling of our media products and services to maximize sales.
  • Setting sales goals and develop plans for the team (roadmap, OKR, KPI);
  • Control the key financial indicators and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Sales and Business Development
  • Fluent written and verbal English is a must
  • Proven track record b2b relationship management;
  • Proven experience in IT or in cooperation with IT companies is a plus
